The city and regional transportation general terms and conditions apply with respect to the use of public city and regional transportation (by bus, tram, light rail, and metro) and regional transportation by train that is operated by public transportation companies or their affiliates or partners.
Conditions
The city and regional transportation general terms and conditions were drawn up in consultation with the Consumer's Association and Rover and the Social-Economic Council and went into effect on 1 May 2015.
The general terms and conditions are filed at the district court of ’s-Gravenhage on 23 March 2015 under licence number 32/2015.
