Amsterdam is constantly changing. Various redesigns of streets and maintenance of bridges and (sheet) piles are causing the necessary congestion in the city. A number of activities are planned for 2023, as a result of which public transport will have to deviate from the normal route. But major events such as the marathon and Canal Pride can also cause an adjustment in the timetables.
We do everything we can to inform you as well and in a timely manner as possible. We have listed the major planned activities and events below per month for you. Schedules can shift, so keep an eye on our website and GVB app for the details of the diversions and the current diversions.
Tip: always check your trip in advance. Or better: enter your favorite line(s) for Seintje (in the app or online). Then we will keep you informed of disruptions on your route. Only available in Dutch.
