At the end of the day, the objects which have been found are collected from all tram depots, bus garages and final stops of our metro lines. Below you can see when the found objects are registered and can be viewed in iLost.
We do not register valuable papers, diplomas, or bank cards. Passports and ID cards are sent directly to the issuing municipality.
All objects found in GVB vehicles are published Monday through Friday, from 14:00.
If have lost something on a Friday and we have found it, your object may be published on the following Monday.
If many items have been found, the registration process can take a while. So, it is possible that some items are not yet registered online by 14:00. Please take account of this, especially after the weekend, and check again at a later time.
If, after three days, your lost property is not on the list of found items, then unfortunately your item has not been found.
If your lost property is on the list of found items, click on the "this item is mine" button. You will need to prove that the item is yours by describing some feature of the item that is not shown on the photo, such as
Only then will you be able to pick up your property at the counter, or have it shipped to you.
If you opt to have your property sent to your home, you will have to pay the shipment costs.
Once it has been established that you are the owner, it is easy for you to have your property sent to your home. If you prefer to collect your property yourself, you must make an appointment to come to the counter.
Please remember to bring a valid identification and the registration number of the item.

Perishable items will be removed from bags and disposed of for hygiene reasons and for pest control.
