Section 2 - Transport Company obligations 

Transport Company agrees to safely transporting passengers who present themselves to that purpose as well as the hand-luggage they bring along, according to the timetable and in conformity with these General Conditions.

If Transport Company cannot in reasonableness be expected to transport a certain passenger, Transport Company has the right to refuse admission to this person, or have this person removed from the vehicle, in case passenger does not comply with the legal stipulations with regard to transportation, or the stipulations of these General Conditions.

Transport Company is obliged to carefully deal with the personal data, acquired in connection with issue of travel passes made out in people’s names, in conformity with the instructions of the Personal Particulars Protection Act.
