Section 8 - Hand-luggage

  1. Transport Company may refuse a passenger access to the vehicle or force him to leave the vehicle, if it deems that a passenger’s hand-luggage is likely to cause danger, contamination or bother to another person.

  2. Hand-luggage must be placed in designated areas, yet only when there is enough room in the opinion of the staff. Passenger himself is responsible for loading and unloading.

  3. Passenger himself must watch the hand-luggage he is carrying on the vehicle.

  4. Hand-luggage must not block emergency exits or hinder passengers and staff in getting on and off the vehicle or in any other way. Neither at a station, nor at a stop or on the public transportation vehicle may hand-luggage occupy a seat that a passenger may want to occupy.
