Questions and complaints

Where can I ask a question or make a complaint?If you have a question, lost property, suggestion or complaint about GVB's service, please contact our Customer Service Department. Call 0900 8011 (in the Netherlands, local rates), open daily between 8am and 10pm. The e-mail address is customerservice@gvb.nl. You can also write to us at: GVB, Customer Service Department, Postbus 2131, 1000 CC Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

 

Lost property

In case you have lost something on the tram metro or bus, we advise you to send us an email.
When your properties are found, it will take generally 2 to 4 days after your report for us to contact you.
By not receiving a message from us, you may conclude that your properties has not been found. An telephonic inquiry about your lost properties will than be useless.

For lost keys you may personally visit our Service counter at Arlandaweg 100, Amsterdam. The Service counter is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Personal information: First and Last name/ Gender/ Mobile or Telephone number/ e-mail /Address
Information of lost property: Description of lost objects / Material / Color / Brand / date and place of loss
