- Your employees do not need to check when to renew their season ticket. GVB will send every season ticket holder an annual ‘letter of renewal’ for this purpose. Your employees will complete the renewal via internet.

How does it work?
The public transport person appointed in your company liaises with GVB. In practice this person is usually somebody in your payroll or personnel department. All new, restitution, duplicate or mutation applications are processed through this contact person, who serves as a clear point of contact in your company for your employees. Upon delivery of one or several season tickets, the contact person will receive an accompanying list clearly detailing the personal and season ticket data and costs. Invoices are sent to the department specified by you.
